3% Conventional Loan Program is now available!

Did you know? In order to use an FHA loan to purchase a condominium the community itself must have obtained a FHA Certification status? Unfortunately some communities are not approved for FHA financing.

Great news! I have come across a Mortgage Broker who offers a 3% down payment conventional loan program which would allow a buyer to purchase a condominium in a complex which is not FHA Certified with only 3% down.
